Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices and outcomes.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium and Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
