What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies.Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

What are we looking for? We are seeking a results-driven QA cum Sales Coach to monitor sales quality, improve team performance, and drive revenue growth through structured coaching and performance analysis.Proven experience in Sales, Quality Assurance, or Sales Coaching.Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.Excellent communication, analytical, and mentoring skills.Ability to interpret performance data and drive improvement strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate sales calls/interactions to ensure quality and compliance standards.Provide constructive feedback and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.Identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, and quality scores.Conduct calibration sessions and maintain QA scorecards.Support onboarding and continuous training initiatives.Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to enhance performance and processes.Prepare regular QA and performance reports for management.
