Position Overview

RSM US LLP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst to join our Assurance Technology team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital solutions that support our audit and assurance services. The ideal candidate will bring deep QA expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts across digital assurance platforms, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Develop and implement test strategies for AI-driven tools, chatbot flows, and prompt-based interfaces
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and analysts to define testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web-based and Azure-hosted environments.
• Manage QA environments and coordinate test data setup, including admin access provisioning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a professional services or audit environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, automated testing frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with AI/ML testing, chatbot validation, and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
