About The Role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, ensure timely availability of materials, maintain vendor relationships, and support smooth business operations. The role requires strong coordination, negotiation, and inventory planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other operational requirements.
• Track purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Compare vendor quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement based on reorder points.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management review.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  
  

• Experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or D2C industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement planning processes.
