Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager – Mechanical to join our Energy team in India. You will lead complex midstream oil and gas engineering projects, guide talented teams, and deliver innovative mechanical solutions for clients across the industry. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage midstream oil and gas facility engineering and design projects, including metering facilities, gas compression stations, liquid pump stations, and gas processing systems.
• Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, specialists, and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Develop and refine engineering workflows, standardize project design criteria, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Collaborate with clients to define work scope requirements and convert opportunities into contracted assignments.
• Monitor and control project costs, report variances, and manage change orders when scope deviations occur.
• Ensure robust procedures are in place for pipe sizing, valve sizing, hydraulic design, compressor and pump designs, and equipment specifications.
• Facilitate project and engineering team meetings, driving alignment and clear communication across disciplines.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience in oil and gas, pipeline, refinery, or process plant engineering.
• Proven expertise in design and construction of oil and gas pipelines, pipeline metering facilities, gas compression facilities, and related infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of piping layout for indoor, outdoor, and buried applications.
• Experience working in an engineering consulting environment with team leadership responsibilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of design and analysis software used in standard mechanical engineering processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
