Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management Officer (PMO) to support planning, monitoring, coordination and execution of Green Hydrogen and EPC projects. The role is responsible for project planning, project controls, engineering coordination, reporting and periodic site support.

Project Planning & Controls

  • Prepare and maintain integrated EPC project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
  • Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning milestones.
  • Track project progress against baseline schedules.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring.
  • Prepare dashboards and KPI reports.

Engineering & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Procurement and Construction teams.
  • Monitor engineering deliverables prepared by internal and outsourced consultants.
  • Track engineering approvals and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Procurement & Construction Monitoring

  • Monitor procurement status of critical equipment and materials.
  • Track vendor document approvals and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor construction progress and contractor performance.

Site Support & Execution

  • Undertake periodic site visits to verify project progress.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and consultants.
  • Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and project handover.

Project Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain dashboards, risk registers, action trackers and Minutes of meetings.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Monitor project risks and mitigation actions.
  • Support project audits and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and HSE requirements.


Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • MBA / PG Diploma in Project Management (Preferred).


Experience

8–12 years in Project Planning, Project Controls or EPC Project Management.
