The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the business

The Colleague Administration team serves as the operational engine behind HR services, providing end-to-end back-office support to the Enterprise for self-service and operational requests throughout the colleague lifecycle. They ensure the smooth execution of core CEG processes, colleague data transactions and organizational changes in the core HR system as well as processing high-volume administrative tasks.

The Colleague Administration team will provide back-office support on a global structure and as such will need to operate with a flex working schedule. This will include day, mid-day, and night shifts throughout periods of the year depending on business needs.

By maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness, the team contributes directly to organizational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain colleague data transactions in platforms such as Oracle HCM
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of core HR transactions and process execution across the colleague lifecycle.
  • Ensure all changes and transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain process documentation standards and support audits through accurate record keeping.
  • Process operational and organizational change requests in Oracle HCM
  • Liaise with internal servicing, technology, product teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and resolution of complex cases
  • Analyze large volume of colleague data to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions and records in Oracle HCM
  • Develop and report on baseline metrics and volume shift opportunities to inform continuous improvement and transformation efforts.
  • Partner with external service providers to manage outsourced HR operations, ensuring service quality and alignment with internal standards
  • Support the implementation and piloting of new HR technologies (e.g., case management tools, AI agents) as per Servicing Strategy roadmap.
  • Participate in mapping and redesigning core HR processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a knowledge management base to support process documentation and audit readiness.
  • Flexibility to work different time shifts to adhere to a follow-the-sun schedule and provide US time-zone coverage depending on business needs. This would also include night shifts until 4:00 am.

Shift Timing As Per IST

Day shift- 9:00am to 6pm IST

Mid shift- 1:00pm to 10:00pm IST

Night shift- 7:00pm to 4:00am IST

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations role supporting back-office processes across the employee lifecycle (ideally in an HR Shared Services environment)
  • Proficiency using Oracle HCM technology and processing data transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures
  • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing operational workflows and escalations
  • Demonstrated ability and confidence in working with data and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • High proficiency in MS tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and risk management concepts within the HR operations landscape
