In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position requires continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that objectives are met within the defined scope and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and quality standards.
