Description

Reporting to the India Sales BPR Lead, this role sits within the Strategy, Automation & Insights (SAI) organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional business and technology teams — across India, Worldwide, and EMEIA — to design and deliver future-ready solutions & systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead end-to-end BPR programs from concept to execution, aligned with strategic business priorities. - Lead end-to-end program management and implementation of global initiatives. - Collaborate with our channel businesses, central teams, and functional leaders to see opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption. - Define targets and success metrics; monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustainable results. - Establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks, track breakthroughs, and provide executive-level updates. - Lead change management through partner engagement, training, and communication. - Help define and build the future India stack.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation. Strong collaboration, communication, and partner management skills. Strong business insight, analytical perspective, and results orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven success managing enterprise-wide BPR or digital transformation initiatives. Technically inclined with the ability to understand and implement complex process and system solutions. Experience leading cross-regional or global programs in a complex matrix environment. Ability to influence and align cross-functional and global teams without direct authority. Experience with workflow automation, analytics, and visualization tools such as Miro, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
