Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales of IT products and software solutions.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, research, and market mapping.
  • Understand client requirements and deliver customized product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and product showcases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT product or software solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
