At OnGrid, we are focused on redefining and reimagining trust, safety, compliance and accountability through our platforms OnGrid, eLockr, and Gridlines. Having built these basic pillars of trust (and creating a profitable venture with 300+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination to be let loose and think of avenues never explored, and execute in ways never implemented before.

In this pursuit, we are looking for a motivated Product Manager who can build products that solve real operational problems at scale and can envision solutions that simplify complex workflows.

• Own product tracks and associated business metrics end-to-end
• Define roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business goals
• Translate business and operational problems into product requirements
• Work closely with engineering, operations, CX, and business teams
• Drive products from conception → launch → scale
• Lead solution discussions including integrations and technical workflows
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements
  
  

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience building or working on SaaS / workflow products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, system flows, integrations)
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
