PreSales Manager - MendixRapidMiner MXRM India

Siemens Digital Industries Software builds the software behind how industrial companies design, run, and improve their products and operations. Our newest platform, Intelligence Center X (ICX), connects a customer's data into a graph that AI agents can query and act on. Combined with Mendix (low-code) and RapidMiner (data and AI), it gives customers a real path from AI pilots to AI that runs actual work: BOM intelligence, engineering copilots, and decisions that span design, supply chain, and operations.

We are hiring a Presales Manager in India supporting the Mendix and RapidMiner portfolio, with a strong focus on ICX and agentic/graph use cases. You will be player-coach to our national Field Presales team.

You will be:

• Deliver product presentations and demos (online and onsite) that explain what ICX does and why it matters, not just how it works
• Act as player-coach to the Field Presales team across India, and help them get sharper at positioning ICX alongside Mendix and RapidMiner
• Build the process and infrastructure our presales team needs to scale as ICX adoption grows
• Run technical deep-dives and architecture sessions with customers and partners on graph data models, BOM intelligence, and agentic workflows
• Run workshops with customers to map their application and data landscape and find where ICX, Mendix, and RapidMiner fit
• Run proofs of concept that show real, measurable outcomes
• Advise prospects on how to architect for AI from the start, rather than adding it on top of what they already have
  
  

What You Will Need

• Strong grasp of application and data architecture, and the ability to compare graph, agentic AI, and low-code approaches against legacy middleware, BPM, and SOA
• 10 to 15 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in presales engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on people management or first-line leadership
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to help customers find the right solution
• Experience with solution selling, ideally the Challenger methodology
• Experience with Agile, specifically Scrum
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, still-being-defined space
• Experience running workshops, training, and consulting engagements
• Working knowledge of modern web and integration technologies (REST/APIs, cloud platforms, SQL); exposure to graph databases or AI/ML tooling is a plus
• A technical Bachelor's or Master's degree (MIS, CS, or similar)
• Comfortable in presenting to and challenging C-level executives
