Post Production Manager

Role Overview

Our Post Production Producers oversee all aspects of post-production: editing, colour grading, sound engineering, motion graphics, VFX, and quality control, all through a social-first creative execution lens. This position manages the team to ensure content is delivered successfully while coordinating with digital, social, and experiential teams to maintain synergy across all assets. They keep relentless track of project stages, ensuring every deliverable meets the expected standards of VaynerMedia and is delivered on time. The ideal candidate supports the creative vision, thrives in speed, and comes from a "culture of yes and winning".

This role is based in Gurugram - India and reports directly to the Head of Production.

What You’ll Do

• Social-First Execution: Bring a deep, native fluency in what stops the scroll, grabs consumer attention, and wins across platforms, understanding micro-content, trending formats, and creative execution that drives real business results.
• Obsessive QC & Micro-Detail Precision: Bring absolute meticulousness to the final lap, holding every export, color grade, and video asset to the highest QC and legal standards of VaynerMedia before it hits the feed or reaches a client.
• Rigorous Process, High EQ Execution: Build and manage clean operational workflows across multiple projects without becoming rigid or bureaucratic. Balance structure with high EQ; staying agile, human, and ready to pivot in real-time without losing momentum.
• Creative Rationale & Strategy: Support and execute creative concepts while developing and articulating post-production rationale and recommendations.
• Project Management & Timelines: Estimate timelines, manage workflow processes across multiple projects, organize and run post-production meetings, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Procure, review, and negotiate production estimates, brief projects to the post-production crew, and manage financial efficiency.
• Stakeholder Advisory: Advise agency stakeholders on content post-production matters with creative and budgetary solutions aimed at improving quality and exceeding client expectations.
• Asset & Client Management: Manage internal and third-party asset database processes and serve as a client-facing contact as needed.
  
  

What a "Star" Looks Like

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of ad agency, production company, or post-production company experience.

Agency Savvy: Deep understanding of how an agency operates, with a proven ability to move fast and navigate agency workflows.

Mindset & Ownership: Detail-oriented, self-organizing, with a strong take-ownership attitude and superior time management across simultaneous projects.

Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and seamlessly communicate up, down, and laterally across the organization.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote (working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop is a plus).
