Basic Information

Position Title – Delivery Lead/ Senior A ssociate

Experience Level –  3 - 8 years

Location – Gurgaon

Position reports to  – Delivery Manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Equity and Private Credit financial modelling team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.) Help clients to develop results-driven strategies , which include financial spreading and model l ing, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research.
• 2.) Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc.
• 3.) Creating p ortfolio monitoring templates for iLevel / Alluve platforms.
• 4.) Updating monthly / quarterly financial s , covenan t and KPIs on a recurring basis.
• 5.) Assistance with DDQ template creation and updating reporting template for annual review.
• 6.) Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations.
• 7.) Conduct quality check s of client deliverables.
• 8.) Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes.
• Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment .
  

• 1.) 3 - 7 years of experience in quantitative analysis , including dashboard creation, financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps , review and summarizing reports , benchmarking, company profiling , etc.
• 2.) Well verse with iLevel / Allvue platform
• 3.) Chartered Financial Analyst , Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top - tier business school .
