The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the US clients globally. This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements. The role will focus on –
- Processing and Quality check
- Effective communication with US teams
- Maintaining the required Productivity% and CU%
- Process Improvement/ELVA
- Meeting all the process SLAs external and internal (98% Accuracy and 100% TAT)
- Adherence to Process SOPs/Guidelines
- Effective utilization of available time
- Adherence to calendar for client calls
- Support compliance and audit requirements, completion of mandatory/recommended trainings
- Applicants should be flexible working in nights

What You Need To Have
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience
- Good Knowledge of DB Domain (preferred)
- Good Interpretation and decision making skills
- Strong command on MS office applications (Excel, Power-point)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and research skills, attention to details
