Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning & Execution:
  
  

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns focused on lead generationManage and scale App Campaigns (UAC) for installs and in-app conversionsConduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

• Performance Optimization:
  
  

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion ratesImplement A/B testing strategies across ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and targetingIdentify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements

• Tracking & Analytics:
  
  

Set up and manage tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and AppsFlyerEnsure accurate conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel analysisBuild dashboards and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights

• Collaboration & Strategy:
  
  

Work closely with design, product, and content teams to improve creatives and landing page performanceAlign with business and sales teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion outcomesStay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  

Minimum 2 years of experience in performance/digital marketingProven experience in Google Search campaigns (lead generation)Hands-on experience with App Campaigns (UAC) for installs and conversionsTrack record of optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROI

• Skills:
  
  

Proficiency in Google Ads (Search + App Campaigns)Strong understanding of keyword research, targeting, and bidding strategiesExperience with Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase/AppsflyerAbility to analyze data and optimize campaign performanceBasic understanding of A/B testing and conversion tracking

• Education:
  
  

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldGoogle Ads/Analytics certifications are a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
