Barosi is an authentic food brand celebrating Bharat through traditional products such as ghee, honey, oils, and pickles. We are building a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business and are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can drive measurable growth across digital channels.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing and scaling paid acquisition across digital platforms, improving customer acquisition efficiency, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels
• Own monthly performance targets including CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution
• Collaborate with creative and growth teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Performance Optimization
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
• Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels
• Identify scaling opportunities for high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track campaign performance using analytics and attribution tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and channel-wise allocation decisions
• Market Insights
• Study customer behavior, competitor activity, and channel trends to identify new growth opportunities
• Recommend new audience segments, acquisition channels, and testing frameworks
  
  

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C or e-commerce brands
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and conversion tracking setups
• Proven experience managing significant ad spends with measurable ROI improvement
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify dashboards, and attribution tools
