About this opportunity:

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the productivity of our delivery workforce by providing high-quality delivery tools, processes, and training modules. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative delivery models to cultivate an environment that fuels global efficiency and promotes profitable growth.

What you will do:

- Enhance the efficiency of our delivery workforce through appropriate tools, processes, and working parameters.

- Develop, implement, and manage delivery models and frameworks.

- Analyze and manage performance to ensure a quality framework and reliable data trends.

- Strengthen competence through career path planning, training, education, and certification.

- Adhere diligently to group, legal, financial directives, and data security and privacy guidelines.

- Supervise compliance with global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) standards.
