  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in Human resources (HR) and talent policies and practices.
  • Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
  • Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
  • Translate company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
  • Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution, and use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
  • Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.
