Position: OOH Consultant – UK Healthcare

Location: Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana – On-site

Shift: Night Shift – 1:30AM -11:30AM IST

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for an OOH Consultant to support our UK Healthcare operations during night hours. The role involves handling candidate and client calls, managing shift bookings and cancellations, resolving email escalations, and ensuring available shifts are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

•Answer incoming candidate and client calls professionally and efficiently.

•Book candidates into ASAP and available shifts based on requirements.

•Manage shift cancellations and resolve related queries.

•Handle and resolve email escalations within the required timelines.

•Book and manage available shifts effectively.

•Ensure all requests are handled accurately, promptly, and within agreed timelines.

•Maintain a professional and positive experience for candidates and clients.

•Manage urgent booking requirements and last-minute changes effectively.

Working Pattern

•Night Shift: 1:30AM - 11:30AM IST {9:00 PM – 7:00 AM UK Time}

•Rotational Week Offs: Week offs may fall on weekdays or weekends depending on the rota.

•Work Location: On-site, Sector 18, Gurugram.

What We’re Looking For:

•Prior customer service experience is preferred.

•Comfortable and willing to work night shifts.

•Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with candidates and clients.

•Good multitasking and organizational skills.

•Ability to remain calm and professional while handling calls, cancellations, escalations, and urgent booking requirements.

•A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

•Immediate joiners are preferred.
