As an Oracle OFSAA - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs and implementing Oracle software solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies, handling tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful connections and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop your skills in managing and inspiring others while navigating complex situations. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, leveraging a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will deepen your technical skills and awareness of your strengths, contributing to the delivery of client solutions and the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete implementation lifecycle of OFSAA solutions, including installation, configuration, solution build, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Work closely with functional and technical stakeholders, both internal and client-facing, to design, configure, and deliver OFSAA solutions aligned with business requirements while resolving product-related issues.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of banking risk and finance domains, dimensions management, hierarchy handling (AMHM), product portfolios, accounting, GL treatment, and executive reporting to guide successful solution delivery.
  • Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
  • Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
  • Developing and supporting Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data integration and reporting
  • Leading process improvement and optimization initiatives within client engagements
  • Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Applying strategic technology planning to enhance business transformation efforts
  • Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive innovation in Oracle technology solutions
  • Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Extensive experience across OFSAA applications, architecture, frameworks, data flows, and banking transformation solutions, with expertise in Risk, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and IFRS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle databases, data governance, data quality, data engineering, cloud platforms, and end-to-end solution implementation within complex banking environments.
  • Proven consulting experience with strong business analysis skills, banking domain expertise, client engagement, stakeholder communication, team collaboration, and independent delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
  • At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data insights
  • Engaging in strategic technology planning and process optimization
  • Embracing change and fostering innovation in complex environments
  • Developing meaningful client relationships and anticipating client needs
