About the role
If you have studied hospitality or service management, this is the role you actually trained for. This is not a desk job you will be in clients’ homes, every day, during the first month of their journey with Pinch.
This role sets the foundation for the entire client experience.
Role objective
The goal is to build a complete understanding of the client within the first 30 days. You will observe and document their home setup, people, and lifestyle so that service feels seamless and personalized from day one.
If done well, the client never has to repeat themselves.

Why this role matters
This role determines how the client experiences Pinch from the start. Strong onboarding leads to long-term retention; weak onboarding cannot be fixed later.
Candidate profile
Non-negotiable
You will be exposed to private aspects of clients’ lives. Discretion is mandatory.
Management trainee programme
This role is part of a six-month programme with training, mentorship, and growth into Lifestyle Manager or Operations roles.
