Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of commercial leasing, including office, retail, and mixed-use assets.
  • Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding from LOI to execution.
  • Drive transaction strategy for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and asset management teams to structure deals and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, landlords, and institutional partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities including tenant representation, landlord mandates, and real estate advisory services.
  • Develop relationships with corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and service providers to grow the client base.
  • Represent the company in industry events, real estate conferences, and business forums to build brand visibility.
  • Create tailored proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations to win new mandates.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials for business outreach.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic input on growth markets, leasing trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to the company’s long-term real estate strategy and business planning.
  • Lead or support due diligence and underwriting for major deals and partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor a team of leasing or transaction professionals (as applicable).

Additional Information

  • Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and contract review skills.
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, legal documentation, and transactional processes.
  • Networked within the corporate occupier, broker, and investor community.
  • High level of business acumen, leadership, and client relationship management.
