National Operational Key Account Manager

You will be joining our Operational Key Account Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

You will be responsible for the operational performance + development of assigned customers, while working with a variety of stakeholders.

How you create impact

• To effectively manage + maintain customer relationships + support operations related initiatives.
• To lead business + performance reviews (KPI) with customers along with implementation initiatives.
• To manage + ensure compliance of key deliverables against committed service levels.
• To initiate + drive continuous process improvements to improve productivity + operational performance.
• To collaborate with stakeholders to support the business requirements.
• To create + maintain performance dashboards for visibility, monitoring + analyzing.
• To create + update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) + ensure adherence.
• To ensure all SOPs, WIs + templates are updated + stored in a shared environment.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing key customer accounts and operational performance.
• Strong KPI and SLA management experience.
• Ability to lead customer business reviews.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with performance dashboards and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SOP and process documentation management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
