Motion and Social Producer

The Montion and Social producer is responsible for producing high-quality animated display banners, social motion content, and web-ready animations for digital marketing campaigns. This role transforms creative concepts and source files from Figma and Adobe After Effects into engaging HTML5, Google Web Designer (GWD), CSS-animated, and Lottie-based assets. This role also supports high-volume static social asset production during peak periods and works closely with the Production Designer to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop animated display banners using HTML5, Google Web Designer (GWD), CSS animation, and other web technologies.
• Create and export Lottie animations from Adobe After Effects using Bodymovin for web and mobile applications.
• Produce social motion content and animated assets for multiple digital platforms.
• Translate Figma and After Effects source files into web-ready, responsive creative assets.
• Optimize banners, animations, and media files to meet platform specifications and file size requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with HTML5 banner standards and platform-specific technical requirements.
• Support high-volume production of static social assets during peak campaign periods.
• Collaborate closely with Production Designers, Creative Teams, and Project Managers to maintain visual consistency and brand standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to animation performance, file delivery, and platform compatibility.
• Stay current with evolving digital advertising formats, animation technologies, and social platform specifications.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience developing HTML5 display banners and animated digital advertising assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation creation and asset preparation.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and design-to-development workflows.
• Experience with Google Web Designer (GWD).
• Expertise in Lottie and Bodymovin workflows for creating lightweight web animations.
• Proficiency in CSS animation techniques and modern front-end animation practices.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 banner standards and ad-serving requirements.
• Knowledge of social media platform specifications and best practices for creative assets.
• Understanding of video compression, optimization techniques, and web performance considerations.
• Experience optimizing file sizes while maintaining visual quality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within agency or digital production environments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP.
• Understanding of accessibility considerations for animated digital content.
• Experience with version control and collaborative production workflows.
  
  

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
