Job Description: Market Website Support Owner

SPOC For 58 Markets

• Answering all website questions of 58 markets
  
  

• Monitor Jira tickets created by markets (bugs, support, request new/updating master pages) follow up and handling tasks
• Either help markets by ourselves or outsource task to an Agency (create Jira ticket, brief Agency, check/test and follow up)
• Request for new master pages, updating or adjustments by the markets: briefing of the product owner
  
  

• Briefing of the markets
• Create tasks for the markets (Jira tickets) & follow up
• Check if markets need support from Market Website Support Owner or Agency with localization
  
  

• Train new market colleagues/working students
• Give on regular basis refreshment trainings to all markets
• Set up new trainings when needed (e.g. new functionalities or components) and train the markets
• Updating training material
  
  

• New market colleagues/working students to processes & systems
• Account creation
