Overview :

As a Deputy Manager/Manager in our Renewable Energy practice, you will shape the technical backbone of solar projects from feasibility to commissioning. You will grow into a project management role while contributing to meaningful consulting assignments across India and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Conduct energy yield assessments for solar PV projects using PV SYST, SAM, and similar simulation tools
• Prepare techno-commercial feasibility studies, detailed project reports, and resource assessments independently
• Support pre-bid engineering, detailed engineering design, and owner's/lender's engineering assignments
• Review power purchase agreements and technical contracts as part of due diligence processes
• Perform sizing studies for energy storage systems across different use cases
• Assess performance of operational solar and wind power plants
• Manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver within budget and scope
  
  

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Energy Studies, Energy System Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Solar Energy
• 4 to 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably in consulting
• Proficiency in PV SYST, SAM, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with lender's engineering or independent engineering assignments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across solar, wind, hybrid, and storage projects
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate with teams across different geographies and travel to project sites
