Why This Role Matters

KwikShop (D2C as a Service) is a growth-focused initiative at GoKwik, built to help D2C and eCommerce brands unlock incremental growth through the GoKwik ecosystem.

As Manager – Sales, you will own the new-business sales charter for KwikShop. This role sits at the intersection of B2B sales, D2C commerce, consultative selling, and business growth.

You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, engaging with founders and senior decision-makers, understanding their business and growth challenges, positioning KwikShop as a solution, and driving deals from first conversation to closure.

This is a high-ownership sales role where you will not just sell a product—you will be expected to understand how a D2C business makes money, identify opportunities, build a strong commercial case, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

What You’ll Own

New Business & Revenue

• Own the new-business revenue target for KwikShop and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly goals.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, GoKwik relationships, referrals, partnerships, and industry networks.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential D2C and eCommerce brands based on business potential, GMV, growth stage, and fit.
  
  

Consultative & Enterprise Selling

• Engage with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and senior eCommerce/Growth leaders to understand their business and growth challenges.
• Build data-backed business cases and demonstrate the commercial ROI of KwikShop.
• Understand key D2C metrics such as CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, GMV, LTV, and repeat rate to drive relevant business conversations.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and handle commercial objections around ROI, pricing, competition, and existing solutions.
  
  

Pipeline, GTM & Market Development

• Maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline with strong forecasting, opportunity tracking, and sales hygiene.
• Develop repeatable outbound and account-based sales motions to improve pipeline and conversion.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Growth, and leadership teams to refine the ICP, sales pitch, positioning, and GTM motion.
• Bring market feedback, customer objections, and competitive insights back into the business to improve the sales strategy.
  
  

Who You Are

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or consultative sales, with a strong track record of closing new business.
• Proven experience owning a revenue target and consistently delivering against it.
• Strong experience selling to D2C, eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated understanding of the D2C/eCommerce ecosystem and its business economics.
• Experience selling to founders, CEOs, CXOs, or senior business stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
• Proven ability to independently build pipeline through outbound prospecting and account development.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven business cases.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Strong ownership of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
• Comfortable selling a new or evolving product and creating demand in the market.
