The Team

Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

• Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
• Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
• Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance
  
  

How You Will Contribute

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Modeling professional at the Manager level to develop, review, and manage complex financial models that support performance improvement engagements, strategic decision-making, and business planning. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, advanced Excel modeling skills, and the ability to translate business drivers into robust and insightful financial models.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Analysis
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models including:
• Three-statement integrated financial models
• 13-week cashflow model
• Performance improvement value modelling
• Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis models
• Build dynamic and scalable models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and value modeling.
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk analyses to assess business performance under multiple assumptions.
• Perform financial statement analysis and identify key value drivers.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with finance, strategy, investment, and business teams to gather input and validate assumptions.
• Present model outputs, insights, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
• Quality & Governance
• Conduct model reviews, audits, and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with modeling best practices.
• Establish documentation standards and model governance processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and standardization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• 6-11 years of experience in financial modeling, value modelling, valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or related areas
• Knowledge of other financial processes such as FP&A, PTP, OTC, and RTR is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, corporate finance principles, valuation methodologies, forecasting and budgeting techniques
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, Alteryx, or other analytical tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Project management and multitasking skills
