About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the planning, execution, and management of CSR and social impact initiatives. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and operational oversight capabilities to ensure high-quality implementation and measurable social impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale development programs, working with diverse stakeholders, and driving projects from conception to completion while maintaining compliance, quality, and impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution of CSR and social impact projects, ensuring timely achievement of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, implementation frameworks, timelines, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as required.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR partners, clients, government departments, NGOs, community stakeholders, and implementation agencies.
  • Facilitate effective coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and alignment of objectives.
  • Support partnership development and identify opportunities for program expansion and collaboration.

3. Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
  • Ensure effective coordination between field teams and internal functions for seamless project delivery.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance

  • Establish robust monitoring and reporting systems to track project progress and impact.
  • Prepare and review project reports, MIS dashboards, donor reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to project guidelines, donor requirements, governance standards, and internal compliance processes.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation for audits and reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 6–8 years of experience in CSR, development sector, public health, education, sustainability, livelihoods, skilling, or social impact programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-location projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with NGOs, foundations, CSR consulting firms, implementation partners, or development organizations is highly preferred.
