Required Qualification & Experience Details:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand activations, social media management, or event coordination.
• Experience in planning and executing campaigns, conferences, or school engagement activities.
  
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet monthly timelines and targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, reporting trackers, and engagement analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Social media planning, content coordination, and audience engagement skills.
• Event management and on-ground activation coordination abilities.
• Creative thinking with the ability to design impactful campaigns and engagement ideas.
• Analytical and reporting skills to track performance, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
  
  

• Build visibility for “TheTeacherApp” across educator communities.
• Strengthen partnerships through offline and online engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across channels.
• Support campaign planning aligned to NEP and teacher development themes.
• Drive community engagement through innovative outreach initiatives.
• Any other task required to accomplish above responsibilities or assigned by the manager.
