About The Role

We are looking to hire a Management Trainee – Strategy to support business planning and strategic initiatives. This role will focus on market analysis, performance tracking, and assisting leadership in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, customer home and dealership visits, and analyse industry trends

Support development and execution of business strategies

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership

Work on cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

Support financial analysis, forecasting, and business case preparation

Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable insights

Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely execution of projects

Requirements

MBA in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools

Basic understanding of business strategy and market analysis

Good communication and coordination skills

Proactive and detail-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
