Role Overview

Drive Growth Initiatives: Support and execute strategic plans to expand market footprint and business reach.

Revenue Support: Assist with lead generation,robust follow-ups, and pipeline conversion to maximize revenue.

Business Development: Actively identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships,

and market avenues.

Client Engagement: Manage onboarding, relationship building, and ensure ongoing client

success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with multiple internal teams to meet operational goals.

Data Operations: Maintain, analyze, and report critical business data using Microsoft Excel to guide decision-making.

Versatile Execution: Adapt quickly across multiple priorities and seamlessly switch.

Ideal Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis, and reporting).

B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges. (Mandatory)

Proactive problem-solving attitude with a high-ownership mindset.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or business needs.

Prior exposure to or understanding of business development, sales, or operations is a strong plus.
