Job Description – Corporate Lawyer (Legal Associate)About OnGrid

What You Will Do

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate legal issues
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, terms of service, and privacy policies
• Maintain contract documentation and correspondence; track key dates for renewal, extension, or closure
• Present contract terms and legal positions clearly to internal stakeholders and external parties
• Identify and mitigate legal risks to protect the organization from breaches and liabilities
• Support the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise leadership accordingly
• Ensure all company transactions comply with corporate law requirements
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory)
• 1+ years of relevant experience practicing corporate law
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Work Mode: 5 days onsite
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fixed)
