Lixil India is hiring for a Leader, HRBP Digital & Talent CoE India contributing significantly to business performance through various HR initiatives. The role will be responsible for owning the Talent Management, Learning & Coaching CoE for Lixil in India across LI and work with various global stakeholders for all the Digital teams based out of India as their HRBP. The role will be based out of our Gurgaon office with suggested 3 days working in office per week. The frequency may vary depending on business requirements.

Core Responsibilities, HRBP

  • Collaborate with senior leadership in Digital function to align HR strategies and programs with overall business objectives and organizational success. 
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles. 
  • Manage and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 
  • Support and lead organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes, technologies, and strategic shifts.
  • Expected travel of approximately 15% to engage with teams in India.

Core Responsibilities, Talent CoE

  • Create and implement employee development programs, design career paths, and provide coaching to nurture employees skills and potential. 
  • Working closely with HR, business managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Ensure implementation of global performance review processes with support to all business for making the right decisions. 
  • Creating and implementing learning strategies and training programs that align with the companys objectives and employee development goals. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a multinational company in a corporate setup.
  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration.
  • Demonstrated integrity, adherence to compliance requirements, and alignment with LIXIL values.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities to influence diverse internal clients.
  • Effective planning skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Local and Japanese languages as a bonus.
