Job Description: Inbound & Outbound Calling Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Roster week-off)

Job Summary

We are hiring Inbound & Outbound Calling Associate to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and support business operations. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer support, or information sharing.

Provide correct details about products/services, policies, and processes.

Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality standards.

Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements

Education: Graduate preferred (not mandatory).

Experience: 1 to 3 years in inbound/outbound calling or customer support

Skills

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
