Lead Assistant Manager

Role:Sr. Power BI Developer 

Experience: 7+ Years 

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (5 days mandatory work from office) 

Work Mode: work from office - Shift time- 12.30 to 9.30 PM 

Key Role and Responsibilities: 

 Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI 

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions 

 Utilize Copilot capabilities within Power BI and related tools to accelerate report development and generate insights 

 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports 

 Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows using AI-assisted features 

 Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business needs 

 Provide actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling techniques 

 Troubleshoot report issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback 

 Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, especially AI and Copilot enhancements Must-Have Skills 

 Strong hands-on experience with Power BI with over 7 years experience in PowerBI and at least 5 years experience in report development. 

 Must have proficiency in using Copilot for report creation in PBI, DAX generation, and visualization suggestions 

 Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language) 

 Good hands-on experience in SQL  Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills with a focus on usability and storytelling 

 Good communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders 

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements
