Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The workday includes analyzing model behavior, refining parameters, and collaborating with various teams to align the model's capabilities with project goals. Continuous evaluation and iteration are key aspects, as well as anticipating future requirements to enhance the model's effectiveness in diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into broader systems.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
  • Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
  • Ability to optimize model parameters for improved performance and resource efficiency.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
  • Skilled in evaluating model outputs and implementing iterative improvements based on feedback.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
