Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Interpret data, manage incentive trackers on monthly basis
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain incentive trackers
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns from monthly achieved numbers
Create new visibilities for the new introduced teams
Understand and improve attribution logic being used
Work with different teams for RCA of the attributions
Transparent incentive calculation and real time tracking

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

Proven Experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Knowledge of analyzing data with Excel
Strong knowledge of SQL, writing queries and dashboarding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant data of information with attention to detail and accuracy
