IT-OT Integration Engineer

This Will Help You Grow

• Design, analyze, and support the integration of industrial and enterprise systems, including MES, SCADA, Historians, PLM, ERP, and middleware platforms using OPC UA, Kafka, and MQTT.
• Define and implement industrial data models and integration architectures based on ISA-95 and Unified Namespace (UNS) principles.
• Establish and maintain secure IT-OT integration architectures, ensuring reliable data exchange across industrial networks and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate and support the integration of Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, industrial analytics, and reporting solutions, including their infrastructure requirements, data dependencies, and system interfaces.
• Develop and maintain industrial dashboards using Grafana/Ignition or other MES platform and integrate time-series databases and industrial historians such as InfluxDB, AVEVA Historian, and OSIsoft PI System.
• Enable real-time and historical industrial data visualization, monitoring, and reporting to support production performance analysis, operational insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  
  

• Qualification: B.Tech (E&C, EE, Instrumentation or CS)
• Experience: 3-5 years of Experience.
• Understanding of Control system (PLC/SCADA)
• Background in Industrial Automation and IT-OT integration.
• Knowledge of leading industry practices/frameworks for IT-OT integration systems.
• Understanding of IT-OT Systems architecture and higher-level SCADA/ MES
• Foundational knowledge of IT-OT boundaries and Experience in open platform Scada (Ex. Ignition)
