Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Web Applications:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux and other modern UI technologies, along with backend using Django python.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.

Ensure Code Quality And Best Practices

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

Perform Code Reviews

Review code written by peers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Optimize Application Performance

Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness of the applications.

Implement Security Measures

Integrate security measures to protect applications and data, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.

Testing And Debugging

Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Documentation

Create and maintain detailed documentation for the codebase, APIs, and application architecture.

Stay Updated With Emerging Technologies

Continuously learn and implement new technologies and frameworks to keep the technology stack up-to-date.

Mentor Junior Developers

Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.

Participate In Agile Practices

Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.

AI implementation for prompt engineering and workflow orchestration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Hands-on experience through internships, projects, or previous employment related to web development using Django and React.js.

In-depth knowledge of React.js, Next.js, and Redux for building robust and scalable user interfaces, along with building backend using Django python.

Working knowledge to implement AI workflow orchestration.

Proficient in working with relational databases and understanding of database design principles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Demonstrates eagerness and capacity to learn and implement emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
