Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project & Program Manager to drive the successful delivery and evolution of healthcare software products.

• Manage complex multi-stream programs
• Identify innovation opportunities in technology, AI, architecture, and healthcare workflows
• Develop scalable, differentiated products
  
  

• Manage large cross-functional programs across multiple teams and releases
• Define program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics
• Align product strategy with engineering and business goals
• Govern delivery across Agile teams (scope, quality, cost, timeline)
• Manage risks, dependencies, technical debt, and escalations
• Improve delivery frameworks, governance models, and metrics
  
  

• Act as a technical advisor to engineering and product teams
• Guide system design, architecture, and technology decisions
• Provide leadership across:
• Full-stack development
• Microservices & API-driven architecture
• Cloud-native platforms
• AI-enabled systems
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready
