IT Admin

About The Role

The IT Admin will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves managing user accounts, troubleshooting network issues, and providing desktop support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks on Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Provide IT helpdesk support and desktop troubleshooting for end-users.
• Install and configure hardware and software as needed.
• Assist in LAN/WAN management and VPN configuration.
• Manage printers and peripherals, ensuring they are operational.
• Oversee asset management, patch management, and endpoint security.
  
  

• 0-1 years of experience in IT administration or related field.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and desktop support.
  
  

• Understanding of backup and recovery processes.
• Knowledge of firewall basics and security practices.
• Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking.
