This role will involve developing expertise in Service Desk Management, fostering a collaborative environment where challenges are addressed thoughtfully. Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards. HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 0 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies.
