Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment. Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices. HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Incident Management. Intermediate proficiency in Problem Management. Advanced proficiency in Customer Service. Expert proficiency in Communication Skills. Master proficiency in Technical Troubleshooting.
