As an IP Architect at Nokia, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, planning, and optimization of complex Telecom engineering networks, with a focus on IP networks. You will work closely with other teams to ensure a common understanding of the IP plan and provide technical support for IP core elements and network interface design. Additionally, you will lead customer meetings and provide status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is a crucial part of the broader team, as you will be at the forefront of designing and optimizing IP networks and architectures. You will collaborate closely with product engineers, project managers, and customer representatives to deliver successful solutions to our clients.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Lead the design, planning, and optimization of complex IP networks.
  • Create end-to-end IP solutions for Telecom engineering Networks.
  • Provide governance and reviews of LLD & Connectivity architecture.
  • Serve as a Nokia Network representative in customer meetings from IP point of view.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure common understanding of IP plan.
  • Knowledge of IP Design, routing protocols, and layer 2, 3, and 4 technologies.

Key Skills And Experience

Must have:

  • Experience of IP design and protocols.
  • Knowledge of 3GPP technologies (4G, 5G, IMS).
  • Experience in interfacing with the external customers.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with Cloud and K8 design.
  • Familiarity with transport and backhaul in telecom networks.
  • Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting PCAP.
  • Experience with VM, 5G, C-RAN, EPC, IMS, IP network.
