We are hiring 2 smart and energetic interns to support our Tutor Hiring team. The role involves outbound reach-outs on LinkedIn, connecting with potential tutor candidates, and driving candidate engagement through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential tutor candidates through LinkedIn and outbound calls
Explain the opportunity and generate candidate interest
Follow up with candidates and coordinate interview processes
Maintain candidate trackers and hiring updates
Work closely with the hiring team to ensure smooth execution

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Smart, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
Confidence in handling outbound conversations
Candidates with sales/outbound calling experience are preferred
