Must required Knowledge/Skills:
5+ years of Campus Recruitment experience.
Strong experience of campus relationships across B-schools, E-Schools and other relevant Graduate schools.
Curation and execution of engagement events in line with the business requirements.
Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics driven, consultative service-oriented recruiting strategy.
