INP072 Specialist Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Specialist – Supply Chain Operations to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory management, 3PL operations, and customer service.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of strong experience in supply chain operations, with significant exposure to 3PL and third-party contract logistics environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale operations, multiple warehouses/DCs, logistics partners, manpower, transportation networks, service providers, Region P&L , and customer relationships.

The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational leadership, with the ability to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, process improvement, service-level adherence, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, transporters, 3PL partners, vendors, and other external service providers.
