Job Title: Senior Associate – Investment Banking (Oil & Gas)

Location: Gurgaon/Pune (work from office/Hybrid)

Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST

Department: Investment Banking

Experience Level : 3-5 years

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities -

• Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services .
• Supporting our clients on multiple O&G sector.
• Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
• Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles, asset profiles, and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
• Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.
• Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails.
• Other responsibilities include:
  
  

Ø Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products.

Ø Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck

Ø Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment

Key competencies

• Post-Graduation in any stream (technology background preferred).
• MBA/ CFA/ CA /PG in Oil & Gas.
• 3-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space.
• Experience of working Investment banking projects, including Pitch book / IM support and company / asset profiles. Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statement. Target identification, Trading and Transaction comp, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis. Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries.
• Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support.
• Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Working knowledge of database such as Capital IQ, Factset, Wood Mckenzie, Pitchbook, Alpha Sense etc.
